How it works
What you get
overview: every contract on one page with its monthly cost and next action.calendar/notice-deadlines: each last day to cancel, soonest first, so a renewal never surprises you.contracts/: one page per policy or contract (contents, liability, car insurance, electricity, internet, phone, gym, subscriptions, rent) with provider, term, notice period and where the papers are. Plusletters/to cancel andreference/with general notice rules.
Start in 3 steps
- Click Use template: the tracker becomes your own bundle.
- Connect your assistant over MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client.
- Ask the first prompt, then replace the example contracts with yours.
How it grows
Every contract carries its notice deadline and a review date two weeks before it, so “what is due?” has one answer. When a letter arrives, your agent logs it in journal/, updates the contract and the deadline calendar, and the log keeps why. Rules it learns (a price increase opens its own, earlier cancel window) go into rules/tracking-rules.
How do I keep track of insurance renewals and notice periods? Record the last day the notice must arrive, not the renewal date: by the renewal date the window has closed. This tracker stores that date for every contract and reminds your agent ahead of it.
The tracker records what you have; it never says which insurance or tariff you need, and its notice rules are general information, not legal advice. The example is a rented flat in Germany with fictional providers; adapt it to your country. Policy numbers, IBANs and logins stay on your papers.
About this example. This template is a starting point, not a finished reference. Its content shows how the structure works; it is not complete, may be out of date, and has not been checked for your situation. Replace it with your own, and check anything that matters against a current source or a qualified professional.
Use template, connect your assistant, and ask the first prompt — it takes two minutes.
