We love simplicity. Agents love markdown.Born in 2026. No MCP bolted onto a pre-AI tool.

One space for humans and their agents.

Korpus is agent-native data with a human in the loop, or the other way around.

  • You decide.
  • You design.
  • Korpus connects.

Everything lives in bundles.

A bundle is a folder of memory for one subject, private or shared. Open one to see what it holds.

  • adr/0004-sharded-ledgerrev 3Shard the ledger by regionAccepted. One ledger per region, joined nightly.supersedes adr/0003

    Concept

One markdown document at a path. A type, tags, links to other concepts, and a rev that counts every edit.

  • adr/0004-sharded-ledgersupersedesadr/0003-single-ledgerdepends onrunbooks/reshard-ledgerowned byteams/payments

    Link

A typed connection between two concepts. Each bundle names its own kinds, and the other side reads it backwards.

  • AGENTSrev 7Read adr/ before you change code. Draft new ADRs as draft; only a person marks one accepted.

    README and AGENTS

Where people start reading, and how agents should work in the bundle. Concepts too, at the root or in any folder.

Simple to start. More useful the more it holds.

You shape each bundle yourself: its folders, its kinds of link, which agent may touch what.

  1. Documents

Technical documentation, decisions, runbooks, meeting notes. Written by people, kept current by their agents.

    adr/runbooks/diagrams/

  2. Processes

A merge, an alarm or a schedule starts an agent. It reads the bundle, does its step and leaves the next one for a person.

  3. Results

What the work produced stays, with who made it and when: reports, findings, experiments.

Three bundles at work.

Examples built in Korpus; the screens are the real app. Humans and agents work in the same bundle at the same time.

Give your agents a memory your team can read.
